Cashu

A key figure in São Paulo's queer underground electronic music scene, Carolina Schutzer – aka DJ Cashu – is best known for a rhythmic and hypnotic sound which communicates urgent political issues and, as a co-founder of Mamba Negra, for her commitment to tackling those same systemic injustices head on.

She can frequently be found performing at block parties and small venues but also brings her energy to bigger stages across the world, equally at home playing Dekmantel Festival in São Paulo and Berghain’s Panorama Bar.
