Interstellar Funk

As Interstellar Funk, Amsterdam’s Olf van Elden explores the fringes of the electronic universe. Over the last decade, his heavyweight productions and DJ sets have expanded from a foundational love of Chicago House and Detroit Techno into a soundworld of synth-based textures, ambient music, and effervescent beats, as documented via acclaimed 12”s and LPs for Rush Hour, Dekmantel, L.I.E.S. Records, and his Artificial Dance imprint. Since 2025, van Elden has also been part of Dekmantel Soundsystem.
