Yuka Mizuhara

Japanese DJ, producer and vocalist Yuka Mizuhara was introduced to the art of crate digging by Towa Tei of Deee-Lite fame. A lover of rare groove, house, city-pop, and jazz fusion, her careful selections blend the spirit connecting ‘80s Tokyo and New York with today's global sounds.

Alongside collaborating as a vocalist with YMO’s late Yukihiro Takahashi and Haruomi Hosono, she’s also found a devoted following via her Waveflower residency on NTS. Mizuhara’s debut EP Moondust is forthcoming through Rush Hour.
